Konarrion takes on SAP projects as a delivery partner, not only as a source of people. From a first implementation through to an S/4HANA conversion, a country rollout or a targeted module addition, we take responsibility for the outcome and work to a defined methodology.
What We Take On
Not every SAP project needs the same shape of engagement. Some clients need a full delivery team; others need us to own one workstream alongside their internal team. We work both ways, and we are explicit about which responsibilities sit where before the project starts.
Our delivery follows the SAP Activate phases, so the structure will be familiar to anyone who has run an SAP programme before and auditable to anyone who has not.
Project Services
New Implementations
Greenfield SAP implementations built on standard processes, with configuration, data migration, testing and cutover managed through to go-live.
S/4HANA Conversion
System conversion from ECC, covering readiness assessment, custom code remediation, simplification items and the technical conversion itself.
Rollouts
Extending an existing template to new countries, entities or business units, balancing global consistency against local statutory requirements.
Upgrades and Support Packs
Planned upgrades and patch cycles with regression testing scoped against your actual custom code and integrations.
Module Additions
Adding capability such as RAR or Group Reporting to a running landscape without disrupting the existing configuration.
Integration Projects
Connecting SAP to surrounding systems through governed interfaces rather than the point-to-point connections that accumulate over time.
Our Delivery Approach
1. Discover
We assess the current landscape, custom code, data quality and integration surface, and produce a scope and estimate grounded in what is actually there.
2. Prepare
Governance, environments, project team and plan are established, with decision rights and escalation routes agreed in writing.
3. Explore
Fit-to-standard workshops confirm where the standard process works and where genuine gaps exist. Gaps are logged with a business justification, not assumed.
4. Realize
Configuration and any agreed extensions are built and tested in iterations, with the business testing alongside rather than only at the end.
5. Deploy
Cutover is rehearsed before it is executed. Data migration, reconciliation and go/no-go criteria are agreed in advance.
6. Run
Hypercare with named contacts and defined response expectations, followed by a planned handover to normal support.

We will tell you which model suits the work rather than defaulting to the one that suits us. If a scope is not ready to be fixed-priced, we will say so.
- Fixed price – for scopes that can be defined precisely up front, such as an upgrade or a module addition
- Time and materials – where scope will genuinely evolve, with transparent reporting against consumed effort
- Managed workstream – we own a defined part of your programme and report into your governance
- Onsite, offshore or hybrid – matched to the sensitivity of the work and how your team prefers to collaborate
